Once your FitKit Tips/ Impressions are received and approved it takes around 3-4 weeks for your UE Customs to be built, with current delays. Once your tips/impressions have been processed you will receive an email with your estimated ship date. Shipping will vary based on your chosen shipping method.
FitKits are shipped via UPS, and typically ship 2 day. FitKits are sent out within 24 hours of orders being placed during business days.
